Looking fit and being fit is important. It helps one’s health stay in good shape and allows us to move around freely. There  are many exercises one can follow in order to be fit and healthy. One that everyone is talking about are the kettlebell  exercises. There are many books and videos available but do these exercises really benefit our body? Let us examine this.

Ketllebell exercises
combine cardio and strength training. It is a well designed workout which helps one build their strength  and stamina making the muscles work out better and your heart pace at a good rate. Kettlebell exercises involves compound  movements where more than one muscle is used which leads to better muscular coordination and balance. It helps to build a  lean and hard muscle mass body and helps your body become stronger. The workout is that intense. It gives the body power and  stamina which is important for an overall workout. Instead of doing weights and cardio exercises separately, this combines  the two making it easier for you to build both strength and stamina at the same time.

This exercise is a good cardiovascular  movement. It builds strength and flexibility in the body. It increases mobility by strengthening the joints as well. This  workout concentrates on functional strength where the whole body is involved instead of isolating muscles and then working on  them.  These exercises also focus on developing core strength which is very essential for a body. Core strength helps keep  our back strong and helps us strengthen our lower back muscles and abdominal muscles that help us recover from a fall or  injury or illness as well.

Increasing muscle endurance is its strong point. One can include these exercises even in their  regular workouts and benefit from it greatly. Start slowly and only once the body adapts to the change in the workout should  one increase the weights. Of course the kettlebell exercise will show effects only if a proper diet is followed. In fact one  should keep a diet to suit the workout they do, high intensity ones use a lot of protein. The same does not apply to us as we  are not following such a high intensity work out. Therefore our diets should suit the workouts we do. For a kettlebell  exercise, include proteins and carbohydrates along with a lot of juices and water as the body sweats a lot.
